from loading to unloading so that food products reach the consumer with high quality, efficiency, and safety.

This project aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to enhance sustainability and reduce food loss and waste.

Globally, nearly 33% of all edible food is wasted. In Saudi Arabia, this challenge results in 4.066 million tons of annual food loss, making the immediate improvement of transportation and storage crucial for our food security

Right now, this industry completely lacks a dedicated tracking app. To check the food's condition, workers must wait until the truck arrives, physically open the container, and connect the tracker to a laptop using a manual code. This means supervisors only discover spoiled food at the final destination, wasting valuable time, energy, and massive amounts of good food that could have been saved mid-way.

Green Path Tracker fixes this problem with a simple, live app. It allows users to monitor truck locations, temperature, and humidity instantly during the journey. By catching temperature drops before it is too late, it prevents unnecessary waste and ensures everything arrives fresh and safe.
